本服务（以下简称"服务"）为用户提供视频模板生成能力。用户通过购买或兑换获得视频生成次数。

This service provides video template generation capabilities. Users obtain video generation credits through purchase or redemption.

2. 账号注册 / Account Registration

您需要提供真实有效的信息注册账号。您对账号下的所有活动负责，请妥善保管登录凭证。

You must provide accurate and complete information to register an account. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

3. 使用规范 / Acceptable Use

禁止使用本服务生成违法、色情、歧视性或侵犯他人权益的内容。违规账号将被立即封禁，已支付费用不予退还。

You may not use the service to generate illegal, pornographic, discriminatory, or rights-infringing content. Violating accounts will be immediately suspended without refund.

4. 知识产权 / Intellectual Property

您上传的素材版权归您所有。使用本服务生成的视频，您获得商业使用授权，但不得声称拥有模板本身的设计版权。

You retain copyright of materials you upload. You receive commercial use rights for videos generated using this service, but may not claim ownership of the template designs themselves.

5. 服务变更 / Service Changes

我们保留修改或终止服务的权利，将提前通知用户。已购买的权益在终止前仍可使用。

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service with prior notice. Already purchased entitlements remain valid until termination.

6. 免责声明 / Disclaimer

服务按"现状"提供，不对服务中断、数据丢失或其他间接损失承担责任。

The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or other indirect damages.
